We are so glad to have Sister Emily Squires Green helping. She has lots of enthusiasm and fun ideas. Check our calendar because we have some new activities planned.
In September we started working on some X-stitch projects. X-stitch is hard to learn and their have been a few frustrating moments but the girls are good sports and are really starting to get it. They are getting good and fast. We will work on these when the girls first gather and if we have some extra time at the end.
We also decided to change our meeting time to the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. We will meet from 3:45 until 4:45. I will plan on the girls finding their own way home unless you let us know. We can usually give them a ride if they need it or they can stay and work on their handiwork for a little while.
Plan on coming this Tuesday. We will be learning how to frost cookies and decorate.
